遺産分割協議は10年以内？

遺産分割協議の期限は実質10年になりましたが、相続放棄の期限は３か月、相続登記の義務は３年です。
なので、遺産分割協議は、なるべく早くするに越したことはありません。
不動産の遺産分割協議がまとまらない場合は、換価分割の方法などがございますので、
弊所までお問い合わせください。
